Question / Help AdvAudio.Monitoring maybe add DesktopDevice be monitored

AdvAudio.Monitoring can Monitor media source , I think if it can monitor DesktopDevice , some time is useful .

I use two or more DesktopDevice , but I only use one real putout . other is used by obs , I need monitor the other used the real putout !

or it can't monitor the DesktopDevice ?

You mean monitoring 'Audio Output Capture'? This was introduced by latest patches to OBS Studio: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/commit/e006d961a479699921323dc1350939221dc0ed58 (but self monitoring - when monitoring device and output device is the same device - is not possible). Just wait for new release.

By the way, I see that you have setup SyncOffset to -20000 (and volume to 2000), this is too big number for the offset (buffer itself is about 1sec long). You may run into this problem: Does not record desktop audio!
