Advanced Screen Switcher problems please help

Hi everyone, I am having a problem when I try to use the sequence tab in Advanced Scene Switcher 1.17.4
No matter what time I put into my scene switches, it only switches about once every 21 or 22 seconds.
How do I fix this, anyone know?

Couple of thoughts as you haven't posted an OBS log, the AdvSS log, etc
- make sure of your logic, that you don't have conflicting instructions/triggers
- that your PC isn't overwhelmed (ie CPU maxed out for extended periods of time) and it is the PC that is unable to respond

I am not sure how to post a log, but if I click on the scene manually it switches immediately so I do not believe the computer is lagging or not responding because the program is working fine it just isnt switching when it's supposed to

I have decided to just use a Midi footpedal to change scenes, the automatic changer doesnt work at all for me but switching them manually with a foot pedal will actually work better than a preprogrammed switcher going on time only
