Advanced Scene Switcher duplicating my sources after I have assigned them to specific scenes...

For some reason when I use ASS with two sources: One a handheld video camera assigned to scene 1. Two an Ipad bluetoothed via OBS Ninja assigned to scene 2 and do fades between both camera's OBS looses the connection of one of the sources and repeats the source that wasn't lost between both scene's.

Example: I'll assign a fade from scene 1 (my handheld video camera) to scene 2 (OBS Ninja bluetooth Ipad). That works fine but when I assign it to fade back from scene 2 to scene 1 a connection is lost everytime. The result varies but typically whichever signal is not lost (say for example scene 1's source) will duplicate and I'll have two of that instead of my original assignment of two scenes between two sources. It alway's ends with the scene switcher continuing two switch between the scenes but it's showing me the same shot with both scenes.

Am I doing something wrong in Advanced Scene Switcher or is there a bug with OBS Ninja that's causing this?

Just to clarify, as I am not sure I understand the problem correctly:
Is the issue that entries in the following menu of OBS are being duplicated?

Or is the issue that a transition between two scenes does not to change the output of what is being displayed in OBS' program view?

Also as already mentioned in the other thread it would be really useful if you could share the settings you are using for the advanced scene switcher plugin, as that might help me understand what is causing issues.

Sorry, I don't really know an easy way to screenshot on my computer and should probably learn that but in the meantime I think I can explain it a little more simply. My sources are dialed in and I have two of them. Two separate camera's each with their own scene. Everything is fine there. When I set up the Advanced Scene Switcher to do fades in the sequence page it will only work correctly for the first command I set up in the page. If I try to do another fade back to the first scene I started from OBS seems to duplicate one of the sources onto both scenes. Advanced Scene Switcher is still operating as you can still see it switching on the scene tab but the shot has become a duplicate shot for some reason. If that doesn't help to clarify I will provide some screenshots because it seems to happen every time I try it. I've already tried to do fades in the sequence mode four or five times already and it's happened every time.

That's why I was wondering if it maybe has something to do with compatibility with OBS Ninja in the Advanced Scene Switcher as one of my camera sources is a Ipad camera bluetoothed via OBS Ninja. It has duplicated both sources though not just the Ipad so can't make much sense of it.
