Advanced Scene Switcher doesn't show up in my tools section

I followed the install instructions to the letter. Closed OBS. Re-opened the OBS and still don't see the Advance Scene Switcher in my Tools section.
Help??

So, which Visual C++ did you install?
Granted its long, but the Adv Scene Switcher thread mentions a few months ago a DLL re-compile that now needs the 2019 (or otherwise very recent) version of Visual C++
Then make sure which version of OBS you are using, and its install path (you can install x64 OBS version into 32-bit path.. you shouldn't, but you can ... Plug-in instructions assume you installed into normal/default but notes your path may very..)
So which DLL did you put where, exactly?

Here is the VC++ that I downloaded x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
I put the DLL file into the plugin folder in OBS system files.
My goal is to get OBS to autoswitch between two scenes (cameras) since I have my hands busy playing music during my livestreams.

SUCCESS!! I got it to do EXACTLY what I wanted. Don't know what was different. I deleted everything and started from step #1 and it seemed to work.
