So I am recording games from my ps4 to edit in premiere pro. I want to use the advanced setting in the output settings so that I can have multiple audio outputs that I can edit. But when I use advanced rather than simple the video quality is much worse. I have tried changing some settings in advanced to try and fix it but nothing has worked so far. So if anyone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated!

Post a log file of a recording session with your simple settings, and another with your advanced settings. Should be simple enough to match them, or at least see how to improve things.
I think I figured it out I just changed the Rate Control from CBR to CQP and that seemed to fix it.
