Advanced Audio Properties - No Balance Bar / Slider

Hi,

i am working on my MacBook 2019 and wanted to set the balance for my microphone to left.

Strangly i don't have balance bars for all sources. On my Windows PC i have it for every source.

Can someone tell me why? Is it maybe due to the sound chip of the MacBook? On a Microsoft Surface Laptop i have the same issue.
