Admin Mode seems to result is very delayed scene switching?

When I open OBS in Admin Mode, from that point on OBS will have latency in switching scenes. When I select a new scene, it will pause for 1 or 2 seconds, then switch scenes. I don't mean transitions either. It's 1 or 2 seconds before the transition starts. But even with transitions set to Cut, it is still delayed.

From that point on, OBS will have a delay in the switching too.

The only solution for me so far has always been to re-install OBS and just use a new version.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to troubleshoot?

I can't duplicate this on Windows Version: 10.0 Build 19043 (release: 2009; revision: 1110; 64-bit) with OBS 27.0.1 (64-bit, windows) Running as administrator: true
Make sure any "Deactivate when not showing" boxes are not checked. Also

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I'll switch to Admin Mode and nuke my current install of OBS after my flagship tomorrow and get the log for you :)

I am very interested in seeing what it shows. I've looked at it myself, but I have no idea what I am looking at.
