Adding notes about a scene - Open text box.

I've looked around to try and find a way to add notes about a scene (rather than having to write it down on a table next to me). Both Scene and Sources could have an open text box where we can type things in to remember. For instance, one of my sources is a microscope and I need to set up certain Focus and Zoom values when it's in use. It would be great to be able to add things and have them stay with those sources (and/or scenes).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (and other people looking for this kind of feature).
