Question / Help Adding delay to Video

Hi! So I am using Elgato to record video from my new camera, and as with most capture cards, there is a delay between the video and audio. I have added the necessary audio delays, but can't seem to find how to add a video delay in OBS studio as there is nothing in the "Filters" portion of it. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I did. There just doesn't seem to be a delay related filter. They all seem to be color keys and stuff.

It's in the AV filter, not the effect
