adding 21 milliseconds of audio buffering,

OBS is adding 21 milliseconds of audio buffering, and sometimes doubling it in the middle of the livestream. This is a big problem for us as our studio is not soundproofed.

I am using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
3.7 GHz processor
8GB of Ram
Radeon Pro 580 x Graphics

Any help will be hugely appreciated
