Added second GPU now black screen

I have been using OBS for a long time to stream on a GTX 1070 card running triple monitors. I added a second card an Quadro K2200 to run two more monitors set above my triples and now OBS only sees the new card. If Changing around things that I am capturing it appears I can only see things on the new card and nothing on the old card. I cant find anywhere in the settings to change that. If I do a game capture it seems the exe running but selecting it as I always have shows a black screen still. I an get all the audio but no display. How can I switch OBS to the other card? I found all the settings to change which gpu is encoding and all that but that does not help what it is capturing. I have tried deleting and re creating everything and I am on the latest version of OBS according to the check for updates deal. Any help would be appreciated.

To be clear these GPU's are not connected. The GTX 1070 is running spanned triples and the K2200 is running a dual monitor setup above them. Completely independent cards and the 1070 is what I had first and was working great till I added the K2200. Everything else on the system is still running perfect.

OBS not support multiple GPU, only capture the stuff thats run on the same GPU like OBS
so the 22 is 1 and 1070 2nd'd GPU in system Order

on laptops you can select on GPU driver level where applications running, Desktop drivers default not have this, if i remember right
