Added a media source for a stream intro and it not showing up in the preview window in Obs or if I go live it does not show up on twitch's end

Hi everyone,

So I just finished making a new stream intro video on Canva.com,

I download it as an Mp4 file.

I add it to Obs as a Media source, and it will not show up on the preview window, or if I go live it will not show on twitch,

but if I go and look at it in a Windowed Projector source it shows up in that window?

have tried a couple of things in properties like this "close when inactive" " turning on restart playback when the source becomes active and off again"

I have tried I exited and restarting OBS Studios

Also, it does not show up in studio mode as well even if I do a transition to a different screen and back again

I have also restarted my pc once hoping that might fix it

I am seeing the same issue with OBS on up-to-date Ubuntu Linux. I added a media source MP4 and it is not displayed at all, including preview.
 
I found that the MP4 finally loaded when I clicked the "transition" button in studio mode. However, it's inconsistently displayed in the preview pane despite rendering normally in the program pane and outputs.
