Question / Help Add Webcam With IP address..

Hi,
I've got Webcam that connected to Internet Via WiFi,
Got only IP address.
How to define it to capture video for doing streaming to YouTube / Facebook?
The Webcam does not have web internet application that we can connect to Website with User&Pass
See video from there.

Please assist.
