Currently trying to get support thru the forums, and because I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself the log file that is relevant to the problem is no longer available to be generated. It would be beneficial to be able to generate currently saved on device log files, incase OBS either needs restarted or in my case, attempted end user troubleshooting which resulted in the relevant log file no longer being available for URL generation. In certain circumstances the issue is not something that visibly presents itself as an issue, again making it unavailable as a generated URL until after it becomes no longer the "last log file," it is an older log file that is no longer generatable for posting within these forums to help with issues
