Add stream health as a multiview scene

I'd like to see a plugin that shows the stream health indicator and a couple of performance indicators (CPU usage, Output bitrate, Dropped frames & Render lag) as a scene or floating window that fits to the left or right of PRV/PGM in the multiview.

You can create a floating window by going to View > Stats.
