Add Rumble as a Recognized Platform

Rumble is a relatively new platform for Live Streaming gamers, but it is growing fast. The downside is trying to get the chat dock set up so gamers can interact with their viewers during a Live Stream.

It would be great if OBS could add Rumble to the list of recognized platforms so we can link up easily and have all the docks ready to go.
