Add right-click to shuffle VLC source in context menu + shuffle on resume VLC source.

I always find myself having to open and close VLC source settings to reshuffle the VLC playlist. I would like an option to manually reshuffle the source playlist via right-click context menu.

Additionally, I would like to see the option to reshuffle the playlist everytime I stop/resume the playlist.
