Add "output audio to desktop" for capture devices

Basically the Windows build of OBS allows me to listen to my capture card audio on the desktop while streaming. This feature doesn't seem to be present in the Linux build which is probably due to a different way of capturing audio/video. Can a simple passthrough be added? Thanks

The sound that my HDMI capture card is receiving from my console, OBS only outputs it to the stream/file but I would like to hear it on my headphones as well
