Add Image or GIF or potentially other media as a FILTER to a source

Hey There!!

I'm so stoked about this idea & a bit shocked that it doesn't exist yet!

I need to add a GIF or Video to a Source (for reasons) and no, I cannot use a nested scene to fit my needs.

I can not find a filter that lets me do this. Simply need a filter that allows me to add a GIF or Video to a Scene.

EZ right? Help. Please.
