Add h.265 / HEVC to streaming output

I'm missing the option to stream using h.265 / HEVC (When using SRT)

There is a lot of guides about RECORDING in HEVC, but nothing about streaming in HEVC.

Can't believe it should be that difficult just to implement.

This is an old suggestion. There are a number of threads that cover why there isn't such an option at this time (and exactly why it is unlikely there ever will be), and what is a more likely next gen option

So, Wirecast and vMix supports HEVC, but OBS Studio will unlikely not ever do it? I see.
