Question / Help Active window FPS problem

So this is basicly whats happening:

I cheked my CPU and GPU loads they are all fine, CPU is around 50% - 70% GPU is stable at 55%. Temp is fine as well, i believe this happened after the Windows 10...

to show the problem im not using it while streaming, it doesn't matter it does it everytype of capture game, window, display whenever i click to the game window obs loses it but if i go to the obs window it goes up to 60 fps. Overwatch for example if i make the overwatch active window it gets 70 fps altough as you can see in the video obs goes down pretty much. Obs in the other hand if i make it the active window it can capture 60fps and the game stays 60 as well. Don't know what i can do about it i searched everywhere but couldn't find a cure for this sickness.

It is already off and i tried all of the captures as i said Game capture, windows capture, display capture... Doesn't matter it does it anyways. Tried re-installing didn't worked as well i am looking for a solution here mate

Try a new scene collection with just the game capture source in the only scene in that collection

so when i alt tab to GTA or any other game doesn't matter, even tho i can see the game in 60 fps or above the obs cannot whenever i alt tab to OBS it goes up to 60 fps, i cannot play the games while OBS is in selected please help guys

SAME ISSUE HERE.
im trying to deal with this for months, now that i FINALLY started using NDI i hoped it would help, but OBS still get screwed up when the game window is focused, and fine whenever its not.

trying to find some Registry keys that support GPU prioritization to fix this.

Done that twice, thought i solved this as well... its the same issue we need to a way.
i need to talk to some power user to figure out how to prioritize GPU for the capture service used by OBS
