Question / Help Acer nitro 5 an515-42 allways choppy and stuttering gameplay

everytime i try to record a video in a bare minuim of 720p 30 fps me playing the game is initially fine but whenever i try to record it the game is fine but the video is very choppy and stuttering all the time and i have the specs for recording i dont why its doing this
any help?

Windows is out of date. This version has a broken feature that can negatively impact OBS performance. You should update.

This error repeats many times. It looks like Game Capture is having an issue with this application. You may wish to try display or window capture as a workaround.
