Recently I have been streaming Skyrim using the OBS Studio 64bit client, and the results were pleasing.
As of late, however, I am unable to get game capture to show the game in Preview, Local Recording, or on stream, and this has been a major issue for me.
Things I have tried:
Enabling/disabling Anti-cheat compatibility hook
Using transform to ensure that the bounding box is present and adequately positioned
Starting the game first, then OBS, and vise-versa
Running the game and OBS as admin
Running Just OBS as admin
Running Just the game as admin
Creating a second game capture
Using the Multi-adapter Compatibility Option
Removing all OBS related and installing OBS outside of the Program Files folder and repeating all of my efforts above.
I am at a loss, and as I stream mods, many of which feature graphical enhancments, getting every inch of quality is very important to my viewers. And the best quality for me, is running game capture through 64bit OBS studio.
Also, it works with classic, but for some reason, the quality isn't as high, and I tend to see more of the "confetti effect" when reviewing VODs.
