Question / Help Absolute MINIMUM Setting While Still Recording 720p30?

I have a laptop, and, as you can imagine, it doesn't run OBS very well on MAX settings. What I'm wondering is, what's the ABSOLUTE minimum settings you can have while recording in 720p30 w/o lagging. Idc if the file sizes are in the 10-30GB Range I can just handbrake them. I know this is possible because FRAPS creates high-quality video and doesn't lag, but the file sizes are huge.

There's no way to answer your question without knowing your laptop specs. What kind of CPU and GPU does it have?
