I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if not I would love a direction as to where. I have been streaming for around a month with no issue, I stream at 6k bitrate, 1080p 60fps. I would usually average around 120 dropped frames in a 4-5 hour stream which was not a noticeable issue. Around a week ago I went live with Alan Wake immediately dropping frames like crazy. I have tried streaming everyday since (day and night, being the only one connected and not) with different games, settings, and servers, no matter what I keep having the same issue. My bitrate will constantly rubber band like crazy, jumping up to 7k-10k and then dropping down to 3k-5k over and over. The more movement on screen the worse it gets. Here is a screenshot of my twitch bandwidth test https://imgur.com/a/pQ1n4xq I have tried lowering my bitrate along with resolution down, same thing still occurs. I have tried switching to each of the 3 encoders, nothing worked. A picture of my speedtest https://imgur.com/a/9kk9Xxk I tried using regular OBS rather than SLOBS, the issue was the same. The results of the speedtest do not change even with the stream running. I had a technician from my ISP come out today and he showed that I am experience no significant packet loss on their end, and he isn't sure what the issue is. I am willing to try anything and everything at this point to get my stream stable again, everything was fine until around a week ago. A link to an album with my SLOBS settings https://imgur.com/a/3HsCyD9 Anything else you may need to see to give you more information I will happily provide.
