When I'm streaming the little square on the bottom right, sometimes is green, other times is red, why can't OBS use more my upload?
Also, when I'm streaming Overwatch my ping sometimes raises up very fast to like 200ms then decreases again.
This is my internet speed:
My pc specs:

gtx 1050 ti
16 ram
