I deleted a scene and some sources.But I need to change or remove permanently those cause when I try to use same name it says "The name is already in use".In the scenes there is no option for add existing scene.Somehow they are stored in somewhere so I need to know to delete or rename them.

When you add a new source you can see right there a list of existing sources. Simple tick the check mark and select the source you want to add.
