receive an image from a first ethernet card
upload to broadcast from the second ethernet card

Technically, it's possible do do that, but I doubt you will be able to actually do it. Some in-depth understanding of IP-addresses and networking is required to configure IP addresses and routing to make it work. According to the question, you lack that knowledge (otherwise you wouldn't asked in the first place).
