Question / Help About Audio capture and chat overlay

Note: I am French and there wasn't English lesson when i was at school so... sorry for my terrible english. I hope your eyes will not bleed too mush.

PS: I hope i am not out of the subject because this is "streaming" question, not really OBS only, except for the 1st one maybe.

Hi there !
I am streaming since around 6month now and i am self-taught (like close to everyone) in the Streaming world.
I start learning things, using google, watching video and reading tutorial, but now i am close to my limits and there is things i want to do that i cant for some reason, i don't know them, so, i am there and hope some of you can help :)

I am streaming with a PC self made, with a Video Graphics Cards but no dedicated Audio Card.
I want to know if there is a possibility for me, even without an Audio cards, to have during streaming:
  • An audio In: My Microphone.
  • An audio Out: Music and Video Game sound.
  • An other Audio Out: From Discord for example.
And Then, during streaming, only put "on" the Audio In and the Music/Game sound, but let the Discord sound "off" for the stream, in OBS, and keep being able to ear myself.
This isn't maybe clear enough because of my bad english...

I want to be able to have Discord and ear my friend and what they said, but, make this muted for the Stream.
Then, i just have to use 2 push to talk Key, one for Discord, one for the stream, for example, or any other setup but this is a detail.

I think this isn't possible, i try to found response on the Net, in video etc and each time they talk about Audio Card and a Program to Mix Audio.

Actually, i use 2 Screen, using the one in front of me for the game and the other for the Tools, Chat, Song etc.
When it is a mobile game, emulation or a 4/3 screen game, i can put the "popout" chat and the game on the Main Screen but if this isn't i must do with the chat on the other screen, most streamer do like this if i am not wrong.
I am thinking about a solution to use a mobile device to read the chat, but this is still a 2nd screen.

What i want to know is, can i do the same with the overlay Chat for Myself as for my follower ?
I want to find a way, to play on my Main Screen in Full Size/Full Screen, and show my channel chat on the same screen, above the game with a transparent background for exemple.

I know how to do this with OBS for the stream, but i don't know any way to do this for myself, to not have to look somewhere else to read the chat and have bot in the same screen without having to resize the window of the game.

(i will not say too mush, but i have some mobility issue and cant move my head like i want, this is why)

I want to say an amazing Thanks for all the people who sharing plugins for free, help people etc etc, and (sorry of the other) a bigger thank for all the people who help to create OBS and OBS Studio.
I realize that we really not thank so mush developers who work on this tool, we say thanks for plugins, for video tutorial, etc, but what about OBS developers ? not so mush!
So Thanks you all for this, for your time who isn't free, work mean money and you share this amazing helpfull and well done program to let everyone who love video game (or else) share with other.

Okey, thanks a lot Ebrito for the 1st one, this is a solution i missed apparently, really interesting, i will try this, thanks !
I didn't think sush a think will be possible, amazing !

But for the 2nd one, sorry, this is the basic, i already know all of this and more, i don't want to "show" the chat of my channel "in" the stream for the viewers.
I want to able to see it "for me" without having to have a window open, without playing window mode etc.
For example, i am playing a game in full screen like Darksouls 3, and on the same Screen, on the 1st plan, above the Game on the same screen, the chat, with transparent background.
This to not have to play window mode, no need to look at the other screen etc.

In OBS this isn't an issue, i know how to show the Chat for my viewers, and how to not show my personal chat, i make a Game capture and not a Screen capture, and then, i use night Devs for the Chat, and capture it with Browser source.
