Ability to change framerate output during broadcast/recording

It has been a while since I last used OBS classic. Didn't it have the capability of changing FPS' during broadcasting and recording? At least for broadcasting I remember this being true.

It was amazing! Is there any way that OBS Studio can get this feature? I like to stream some games at 60fps while I stream, and others would be fine at 30fps. Since I don't play just one game.

I am sure more than just myself would find this type of feature useful.

I don't believe Classic had the ability to change FPS partway through a broadcast, and that actually sounds like a bad idea to me. FPS (and resolution) should be the same across the entire encoding session. Both Classic and Studio do have the ability to change bitrate partway through, though.
