A380 Quicksync AV1 ruins performance

Hello!

I just got a a380 to dual GPU for AV1. After testing every setting for AV1 recording, I could not fix the encoder from overloading, and grtting super choppy footage. I even tried dropping the bitrate to 2mbs and fastest setting amd still overloading. I'm kind of lost on what I'm doing wrong. I'll throw my computer parts down below. If anyone can help me out that would be amazing!

ROG Strix b450f
RTX 2070 founders
ASrock a380 6gb

Same issue with me, not able to find the fix yet, i have intel arc A380 acer predator
