A window within a window

I use a secondary monitor for my OBS, when I connect to my twitch account, the chat window and the info window pop up with a window within the window. Attach is the chat window from OBS:



How can I fix this? I tried changing the resolution but does not fix the issue. I can move the chat window to my primary monitor and everything works fine.
