I have 2 identical PC Builds.
There are certain VST plugins causing OBS to throw a "Could Not Find locale.ini path" error when I try to enter settings as well as a "Unable to start the recording helper process. Check that OBS files have not been blocked or removed by any 3rd party antivirus / security software" when I try to record.
The plugins that cause this are various plugins from the Nomad Integral Studio Pack collection. Some things to note:
1) I can start OBS with none of the VSTs that cause the issue and the options menu will open up. If I then add the plugin and try to open the options menu, the first error will show up and crash OBS. I don't even have to reboot OBS.
2) The problem is "solved" when I remove these plugins AND reboot the OBS. When I remove any of those Nomad plugins without restart, OBS will still throw the error and crash when I try to open options BUT after I launch it again, it no longer complains and runs fine. I'm guessing it needs to NOT load those plugins on startup. Why is this an issue on One PC but not the other?
3) My 2nd PC also running OBS does not experience this issue and runs just fine with the same plugins.
