A UI Collection/Layout Tab Similar To Scene Collection That Has Layouts of Dock Elements

I dislike having to set it up in myriad ways for whether I'm streaming, recording, or doing something different each time. It would be nice to click a button or hotkey to switch between layouts.

If I had the knowledge of the GitHub repo I would probably attempt a push myself, but I don't think I could.
