Hey all, I really would love some help on this as I am completely out of ideas.
Recently I have been having issues where I will get random disconnects/frame drops out of the blue when streaming in OBS. I decided to use the twitch bandwidth tester and whenever I ran it got 0 quality. I thought maybe it was my router maybe being funny, so I decided to plug in without the router, just modem... these are the type of numbers I still get

I've obviously been reading through all the guides/settings on this site to figure out what could the problem could be, and yet I still consistently get these results with quality. So for kicks and giggles I decide to run a test with my MacBook...running VM of windows 10 over wifi...and this was the result.

Needless to say I am just at a complete loss as to how this could be happening. My specs are Intel 6700 3.40 GHZ with an Asus Z-170 mobo, 16GB ram, and the latest Windows 10 build. I really just don't know what else I can do to fix this issue. If it's the ISP, why is my laptop doing such better quality numbers? Also, I should say my pc has just recently been completely reformatted/wiped about a week ago. I included an OBS log file that shows bandwidth issues. I guess it could be ISP related, and I do have a tech coming out, I guess I was just shocked at how good my laptop did, for being wifi anyway.
I really do appreciate any sort of opinion. Thanks so much for reading.
