Question / Help A Problem With Game Capture

Hi, So I've had a problem when recording with game capture.
The problem is that when I use game capture to record anything, that thing starts lagging.
Monitor Capture works well but I really want to use game capture so my videos look better.
This problem started when I reset my pc to get an SSD and I wanted to fully start over.

I still have it, but I deleted all the game captures, i just have the screen one
