A plugin to automatically refresh browser sources?

Hey, the suggestion is pretty much what it says in the title. Would it be possible to make a plugin that allows you to pick a certain browser source and then set a duration for it to auto refresh itself?

I have completely 0 coding knowledge so I have no clue if it would be possible or how hard it would be to code, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
