Hello!Today I actually found something that really helped me...
I'm using x264 at first,but then it raises up my CPU this day(even though bitrate was 2000).Then I read about Quick sync,tried to search for it in OBS and I got this.
Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder
There are actually two versions:Software and Hardware.But I prefer using Hardware as Software lags the recording.
It actually amazed me,as it was faster than x264 and I can record with bitrate 2500 with low CPU similarly to using x264 with bitrate 2000(Meaning,quality is the best!!!)
So,the question is,what is actually Apple VideoToolbox H264 Hardware Encoder?And is it an alternative to Quicksync?
