A hand with recommended settings for recording, please?

I'll try to be as brief, but concise, as possible. So I have been wanting to try to record speedruns with OBS. In most circumstances, I use Elgato Game Capture HD or Game Capture HD60 S and a program named LiveSplit with the image meant to serve as an overlay/background. I have attempted to record a couple of times to results varying a lot. I even had a different thread showing other issues I had. My most recent attempt though wasn't with my capture card however. The following attempt I'm showcasing was with a video I recorded separately being played in Quicktime Player with LiveSplit. The video is an hour long, but just after 10 minutes, you see the video artifacting, tearing, and repeating frames randomly. All I really want is some advice on what to try for local recording because I'm very lost on how to go about it. I've tried a few methods from YouTube, but they never panned out.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
3.6GHz processor
AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics
16GB RAM

Here is the log file (It's a bit long because an overnight session):

This is the video I tried recording so you could see the present issues (it's currently uploading though, so please wait for it).

So an update. After breezing the forums for a bit, I gave it another go. This time, however, I turned Game DVR off and used the Auto Configuration (I actually didn't know about this feature). I recorded under the same parameters and I got a pretty presentable result. I still need to test under more scenes and circumstances though, so please if there's anything worth trying for me. I'm all ears.

Here's the updated log file:

And the video that was successful (though again give it some time, still uploading):
