A Floating Mask without a using Color Key hack (Possible?)

Is there a plugin that lets you resize/move the mask--ala the move transition plugin?
I need to resize a 16:9 video source to a circle.
I could (probably) use StreamFX with the round corners shader--would like to keep my CPU/GPU within manageable levels.
A move-able/resize-able vector mask would be wonderful
Thanks

If you use the image mask filter for the video source (or recommended: a nested scene) you can make a mask using black and white.
Simply make a black circle on a white background in paint or similar (make sure the proportions of the image match the source you want to mask e.g. 1920x1080).
Apply the mask filter and use the image you created.
It might be it's in reverse, I don't remember what color does what exactly, but there is an option to invers the mask inside the filter.

I hope this helps.

Yes. I can make mask :) In my case, I want to resize and move the mask, separately from the video source. Is that possible without resorting to color keys or StreamFX shaders?

Maybe there might be some. Plugin that can do that, as you mention a shader or other. But within OBS itself, I don't think there is a way to resize it like that, no. Unfortunately.

I agree that this is a much needed feature. I am scared to even attempt to hack it using the color key.
