Question / Help 720p Low CPU Usage Recording

I have a PC that can run OBS just fine, but the highest quality that I've every gotten out of it, both streaming and recording, is 480p, when my actual display is 720p. What are the settings that I need to have set to have 720p with minimal CPU usage.

File, Settings, Video. Base and Output Resolution set to 1280x720. File, Settings, Output, Mode - Simple, Recording Quality Same As Stream.

This will give you a 720p output but only if your CPU can handle it. I'm guessing that you are getting 480p because you have had to tune your settings.
