720p 60fps facebook stream

since the update i can't stream on 60fps in 720p plss fix this and i dont see the enforce streaming encoding in the settings

Facebook's max resolution/framerate is 720p30 unless you are in the Level Up program / premium streamer program. If so, you can ignore OBS's enforcement of Facebook's streaming guidelines by checking the "Ignore streaming service setting recommendations" box in Stream settings.
