Question / Help 720p 60fps blurry

I run with 2500kbs in the settings, what should i set it 2, to no longer be blurry?

720p at 30fps looks great at 2500, you can increase your bitrate to 3500 (assuming you are streaming to Twitch) but then you limit the number of viewers because as a non-partner you don't get transcoding.
