Question / Help 6950x having streaming issues

Your current x264 preset is set to SLOWER. Try slow instead and see if you continue to have problems in reference to lag. Not sure what game you were playing while running OBS but for the log file you posted, the CPU usage was too much just a little for your CPU at the time. If you run a game such as Battleground's I only envision that your game performance and OBS will lag even more.
