Question / Help 6700K with 1070 - Alot of Dropped/Lagged Frames

Hi,

I'm on a 6700K with 1070 and I've been getting a lot of Dropped/Lagged Frames.
I'm from Singapore and I'm streaming to the closest server which is basically Singapore.
I have 86.20Mbps for Download and 95.75Mbps for Upload.

I'm wondering why I am having this problems. I have 2 log files, 1 being on 720p30fps - veryfast and another 720p45fps - superfast. I am very sure that my CPU and GPU can even take on Faster preset.

My GPU and CPU is not overheating or any of that sort. I was streaming and recording Rainbow Six Siege.

This log file is when I'm using NVENC and still a lot of lagged and dropped frames but on OBS it isn't showing

Log shows GPU overload. Have you set a framerate cap in R6?

Yes I did. I turned on Vsync(1 Frame) since I'm using a 144hz monitor. Even after I still get it.
