Question / Help 6600k for dedicated streaming machine

I wasn't really sure where to ask this but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the skylake 6600k processor in conjunction with an elgato hd60 pro as a dedicated streaming machine. Would it be enough horsepower to stream 1080p/60 (not really tied to this number but as a bench) to twitch using a bitrate of 3500 on say fast preset?

The fast preset is probably going to be too much for a 6600K, but even if it worked it would still look like trash. Don't stream to Twitch at 1080p60.
