I did, but when I add the twitch alert url to my browser source in OBS and test it nothing happens. Any ideas?

Make sure that your Twitchalerts is at the top of the stack in your sources list, i.e. above all the layers that make up the broadcast and that when you click it in the sources list you can see the red outline box like my example below:

Does it work OK in a usual browser window? On your TwitchAlerts Dashboard you can press the Launch button next to the link to the widget and then hit the Test Follow Alert button. You'll see your default browser open up when you hit the Launch button and then the alert should appear there when you Test it.

Yes it does work in a usual browser window when I hit the launch button and hit test. I don't want to have to use it though since I have the browser source plugin.

It's not a bug Twitch Alerts is working fine for most people.

At the start of the thread you mentioned that you tried to install the CLR browser plugin, after you did that did you delete your complete installtion of OBS studio and install using the link that Suslik V sent you or did you just install over the top? If it's the first then I'd recommend uninstalling OBS Studio, going to c:\program files (x86) and deleting the obs-studio directory and then reinstalling from the link that Suslik posted.
