60fps recording turns into 30 while 120fps recording turns into 60

I tried numerous options to make it 60fps. i don't get any stuttering in obs at all. i cant seem to record on 60fps as it always turns out to become 30fps in the recording. i tried to crank it up to 120fps on obs and turned out to be 60fps in the recording. The problem here is that when i edit it it comes back to being 30fps when exported at 60fps.

You shouldn be using CBR or VBR for recording, instead use CQP.
Actually, you shouldn't be using advanced output mode. Keep it in single.
Also, remove the plugin you added.

  1. Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change it.
  2. Restart OBS (!important)
  3. Test recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
  4. Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
Once this is stable, try selecting a better quality preset for recording and test it.
Make sure the plugin is compatible with the latest version of OBS and if it is add it and test.
Be real with what your hardware con do.
