Question / Help 60FPS Recording Frame Drops

30 and 48 work fine, 60 loses 10% of frames on 264 or NVENC even on very low bitrates like 1k etc.

Separately I was losing frames on window capture 30fps but not game capture, but now I cannot reproduce the issue. (When I was testing I had both captures on the same recording for the same game simultaneously and both would drop frames. As soon as I disabled the window one game capture would stop dropping frames.)

-Update OBS
-Bitrate doesnt really affect performance (unless recording drive is bottlenecked)
-Turn on Vsync @60hz or cap you games framerate to free up some resources to encode with.

Already did, same issue.
Yes.
I was recording nothing, or a random windows explorer window.

Neither my GPU or CPU are going over 50% while I stream and record at 30 or 48 and I have no issues. Simply recording a still window at 60fps results in lost frames.
