Question / Help 60fps ingame, 20fps on recording.

Hello,
As in title, whe i am using encoder QuickSync i have 60fps ingame and everything i smooth. Problem is with the recording, which is in very bad quality and 20fps. I use 60fps recording. My pc specs:

Intel Core i5-5200U 2.20GHZ
NVIDIA GeFORCE GTX 950M
8GB RAM

Without the exact codec settings you used it is hard to guess anything. Can you upload your logfile?

My "log" folder is empty.
